AlliedBarton Security Services will conduct criminal background checks on all applicants, including where permitted or required the submission of fingerprints to a State Identification Bureau and/or to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Applicants expressly authorize such a check for the purpose of employment as a private security officer. A criminal conviction may result in an applicant not being hired. If the conviction is found after hire, the employee may be terminated immediately.
